Indian contractors have been accused of putting lives at risk in the rush to complete works for next year's Commonwealth Games.
Only five of the Games venues in New Delhi are more than half-finished, with organisers dealing with complex building schedules.
On the weekend, the upgrade of New Delhi's urban train link was hit by another accident, the second in as many days.
Six people were killed on Sunday when part of an overpass collapsed, and on Monday several cranes snapped and fell over at the same site.
Monday's falling cranes sent dozens of workers and camera crews, who were filming the construction, ducking for cover to escape the falling debris.
In October last year, two people were also killed when part of a Metro bridge collapsed.
The Commonwealth Games will open in New Delhi on October 3rd, 2010.
