They came to conquer
In the name of greed
Divided you in sects
And you took the bate
All it takes
To annihilate a nation
Is to Ignite hatred
In the hearts of men
Now, I see my people
Heading towards anarchy
Killing each other
Over a piece of bread
But I see hope in those
Who do not fear
The ones who remember
The words of Iqbal
And Ikhlas of the great
Muhammad Ali Jinah
I see a leader emerging
In the midst of all the chaos
Filled with passion
And a desire to bring change
He sleeps on the floor
And consumes less
Than his appetite
The one who walks
The streets at night
To feed the poor,
Homeless and needy
And unites his people
On a common ground
With all the wealth
At his disposal
He considers himself
A servant of God
Humble and courteous
Modest and patient
Such a model
For the world to follow
That even his enemies
Admire his ethics
I see that servant
In my reflection
I see that leader
Emerge in you.
