Frame # 1: In the rear of a cold December night, on the streets of Goa a bunch of drunken cops get hold of a commercial sex worker. Threatening her with arrest on her refusal to give in, the cops rape the woman inside a police van… One of them makes a video on his cell phone to share it later with colleagues. The gang rape committed by the three Indian Police constables is then spooled across the radio waves for fun sake…

No, this isn't just another Indian movie scene. In fact this is just what happened in Goa earlier this week.

While law and order situation worsens by the day, Police, Politicians, Separatists, Freedom Fighters, Rebels and Terrorists all contest amongst themselves over making gruesome headlines.

Only yesterday about 20 Maoists blew up school building in Latehar district in order to impede the ongoing third phase of elections for 11 seats in Jharkhand. Maoists are at large in the Red Corridor and in an open war with the government. And no amount of paramilitary forces or COBRAs on the ground have been able to save the country from embarrassment.
